It's alive! My #machinetending rig is finally doin

It's alive! My #machinetending rig is finally doing productive work here today. This is a sample of the load sequence. Everything is gated through the Haas NGC and I've got the MFIN and door override hooked up. Been a lot of work to get here, but I'm pretty stoked!

Still a bit frankenstein, but I've got everything tucked in the cabinet now at least. Wired in the E-Stop and Door Interlock Override, so the kind meld of #robot and #haascnc should be complete.

Back to the bench today. PLC upgrade for the robot

Back to the bench today. PLC upgrade for the robot underway. I sort of overlooked the fact that you need to provide an override to the door interlocks on the Haas control in order for the robot to be able to operate the doors on the mill while a program is running.....
